JOINVILLE, BRAZIL – June 2026 – Sarah Posenatto has once again etched her name into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu history.

Just days ago, the young standout from Genesis Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu captured the gold medal at the 2026 CBJJ Brazilian Kids Championship in Barueri, São Paulo, becoming a two-time Brazilian Champion and further establishing herself among the top youth competitors in the sport.

Organized by the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Confederation (CBJJ), the championship is widely regarded as Brazil's most prestigious national tournament for youth athletes. The event brings together the country's best competitors and serves as the ultimate proving ground for the next generation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu talent.

Winning one Brazilian Championship is a dream for most athletes.

Winning two is a statement.

Sarah's latest achievement is the result of years of disciplined training, relentless dedication, unwavering faith, and the support of a remarkable team of coaches, teammates, family members, and sponsors who have accompanied her throughout this journey.

Now, with another national title around her waist, Sarah is preparing for what may be the most important international campaign of her career to date.

The American Tour Begins

Over the next several weeks, Sarah will compete in three of the most respected and challenging youth grappling events in North America, facing elite athletes from around the world in a tour that will take her from Florida to Texas and ultimately to Las Vegas.

The tour represents a significant step forward in her competitive development and places her on some of the biggest stages available to young grapplers today.

Stop #1: IBJJF Pan Kids Championship

Kissimmee, Florida | July 24–26, 2026

The first stop is the prestigious IBJJF Pan Kids Championship, one of the largest and most important youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments in the world.

Hosted by the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF), the event attracts elite competitors from across the United States, Brazil, Europe, Canada, and Latin America. For many young athletes, a Pan Kids title is considered one of the highest achievements available before advancing into juvenile and adult international competition.

As a reigning two-time Brazilian Champion, Sarah enters the tournament as one of the athletes to watch.

Stop #2: ADCC Youth World Championship

Austin, Texas | August 9, 2026

Sarah's second challenge will be the ADCC Youth World Championship, one of the premier no-gi grappling events in the world.

The ADCC brand is globally recognized as the gold standard in submission grappling. While many athletes excel exclusively in traditional gi competition, ADCC demands a broader skill set that includes wrestling, takedowns, positional dominance, and submission-oriented grappling under a highly competitive ruleset.

Competing successfully at ADCC requires versatility, adaptability, and a complete grappling game.

For Sarah, the event presents an opportunity to showcase her abilities against some of the world's best young no-gi competitors.

Grand Finale: UFC BJJ Opens

Las Vegas, Nevada | August 22, 2026

The American Tour will culminate in Las Vegas, the combat sports capital of the world.

Sarah is scheduled to compete at the UFC BJJ Opens, one of the most anticipated new developments in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition.

Backed by the UFC, the world's premier combat sports organization, the event is expected to attract top talent from across the United States and internationally. The tournament represents part of the UFC's growing investment in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and provides athletes with exposure under one of the most recognizable brands in sports.

For a young competitor, competing on a UFC platform represents a unique milestone and an opportunity to perform on one of the sport's most visible stages.

A Rising International Prospect

Sarah's recent accomplishments have not gone unnoticed beyond Brazil.

Following her second Brazilian Championship title, Sarah and her family are currently engaged in advanced discussions with respected U.S.-based athlete development and sports representation professionals regarding opportunities to support her long-term growth as a high-performance competitor.

While her immediate focus remains on training, education, and continued development, the interest she is receiving from organizations within the American grappling community reflects the growing recognition of her achievements on both the national and international stage.

The upcoming American Tour will not only provide opportunities to compete against world-class opponents, but will also allow Sarah to build relationships within the rapidly expanding U.S. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ecosystem.

More Than Competition

Throughout the tour, Sarah will proudly represent Genesis Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, her coaches, sponsors, teammates, family, and the rich Brazilian tradition that has helped shape the sport around the world.

Her journey embodies the values that define great champions: discipline, humility, perseverance, faith, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

From becoming a two-time Brazilian Champion to stepping onto the mats at the Pan Kids Championship, the ADCC Youth World Championship, and the UFC BJJ Opens, Sarah continues to demonstrate that age is no barrier to ambition.

The road ahead will be filled with challenges.

The competition will be among the toughest she has ever faced.

But if her journey so far has proven anything, it is that Sarah Posenatto belongs on the biggest stages in the sport.

And this summer, America will get to see why.
